The psoas muscle (part of the hip flexor group) is the deepest muscle in the human body affecting our structural balance, muscular integrity, strength, range of motion, joint mobility and organ functioning. If you have "tight hips" and have been getting nowhere "stretching" your hip flexors this workshop is for you! Or maybe you are a massage therapist or body worker keen to stay current and share your new learning with clients.
