Unify polarities and dualities
Facilitated by Carleigh Christiane
BIO~ Carleigh Drew began attending yoga classes in 2010. When she started she didn’t know what to expect and hadn’t realized she was seeking a vital element to her well-being.
The practices turned out to be mentally and physically challenging, and became an absolute sanctuary for her mind, body and spirit amid life's ups and downs. As a deep feeler the practices of yoga, meditation and self inquiry provide her tools for healing and transformation, and they support her sense of balance and resilience both on and off the mat.
Carleigh earned her 200 hour YTT in Salmon Arm, BC and draws inspiration from multiple styles such as Hatha, Yin, Kundalini & Power/Flow Yoga. She also earned her 200 hour Tao Tantric Facilitator Certification which focused on practices for women’s health and healing in Bali, Indonesia. She loves to combine both nurturing and fiery sequencing and a spirit of loving gentleness to help students thrive in their practice.
Always a student herself, she joins the Sun & Sage community with gratitude and excitement to share her passion for mindfulness, movement and an open heart.
